1. Scope of Agreement
At CREIDIM SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS LLC, we provide comprehensive transportation brokerage and logistics management services. By engaging with our network, you’re agreeing to the standards set forth in this document. We don't just move boxes; we manage the integrity of your supply chain.
Does this agreement cover international shipping? Currently, these terms apply primarily to domestic long-haul and regional transportation within the continental United States.
Liability
Defined protocols for cargo loss or damage during transit under Carmack Amendment standards.
Payment
Net-30 standard terms. We believe in fair cycles for both shippers and carriers.
Claims
All claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery to ensure rapid resolution.
Detention
Clear rate structures for driver detention beyond the industry standard 2-hour window.
